1. Information we collect
When you use Haircut AI, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, salon name, and phone number. We also collect the photo uploads you submit for AI hairstyle generation. We automatically collect certain technical information: browser type, device information, and usage data.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Haircut AI service, process your AI hairstyle generations, communicate with you about your account, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal data or your clients’ photos to third parties.
3. Photo storage and processing
Client photos are stored in Yandex Cloud (Moscow region) in line with 152-ФЗ. You can enable no-store mode, which deletes the originals after the 24h share link expires. Photos are used only for AI hairstyle generation and are not used to train third-party AI models.
4. Biometric consent
Russian law (152-ФЗ) requires written consent before processing biometric data. We provide a printable consent template you give the client at the chair; the barber confirms they collected it before generating. You are responsible for obtaining this consent.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to export your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@haircut-ai.example.com for data requests.
